Privacy of Personal Information

eTick is subject to the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information, chapter A-2.1. Personal information is defined in this law as any information that allows an individual to be identified, either directly or indirectly.

eTick is committed to providing websites that respect a visitor’s privacy. Websites do not gather personal information from you (that is, name, phone number or email address) unless you provide it voluntarily in an online form or email.

The Policy for the Protection of Personal Information Collected by Technological Means is intended to inform you of the practices adopted with respect to personal information transmitted through the eTick sites.

The protection of personal information is an important obligation for eTick. Given eTick is the intellectual property of Bishop’s University, the responsibility for protecting personal information and for access to information rests with Bishop’s University Secretary-General.
